When can I place my order?
Due to high demand, it is advisable to place your order as soon as possible in order to ensure availability, but a minimum of 14 days notice is required on all custom orders.
What if I need to place a last minute order?
We will do our best to accommodate last-minute orders, but we can not guarantee. Contact us right away to inquire. To avoid the possibility of being unable to process your order, please place orders greater than 14 days before your event
How do I place an order?
It's easy! Simply fill out our online contact form, and I will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm the details.
Do you require a deposit?
A deposit of 25% is required on all orders. Your order date is not secured until the deposit is received.
What if my favorite cake flavor is not listed?
Not a problem! Just let us know about your special request while ordering, and in most cases, we can accommodate.
Do you deliver?
Absolutely! For a fee of $40 for large orders, and $25 for small orders, we can deliver anywhere within Calgary city limits. For an additional fee of $25, we will assist with setup at your venue and provide any necessary touchups. Deliveries outside of Calgary can be requested for additional fees based on distance. Since we are not responsible for damage to your order once it has left our care, we recommend investing in delivery, or bringing along an extra person to ensure your items arrive safely.
What if I have an allergy?
Not a problem! Make note of your allergy when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate it.
Do you offer any gift options?
Absolutely! We offer gift certificates in the amount of $20, $50, $100, or $200. Custom amounts can be requested by contacting us directly. We also sell cookie decorating kits, and during the holidays - hot cocoa bombs!
Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or egg-free options?
Special dietary requests can be made for an additional fee. Limited flavors are available.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept debit/credit payments, as well as cash or e-transfer.
